Staff was friendly but waitress was a little slow towards the end of our meal as things got busier. quality food was good

Had to ask the waiter twice for everything our table needed

Was disappointed how slow service was. Waited & waited for another glass of water when mine had been empty for awhile. I could understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn't crowded at all. Now I understand why they have bottomless fries. It takes so long to receive a second order they probably figure most people won't ask. Was very disappointed this time at red robin.

I'm was extremely disappointed in my southern comfort burger, was nothing like the picture/description. Came with one-half of one onion slice, 1 non-candied bacon strip, and very few fries despite it being supposedly "bottomless". When I asked for more caramelized onions, waitress brought out cold serving like they came straight from fridge. Was really looking forward to that burger and it was nothing more than a plain bbq cheeseburger. Waitress was friendly but inattentive- may have been understaffed.
