Steak 'n Shake

Steak and Shake is going to be on my bad list for a while. The service was TERRIBLE. every time we needed something, we had to stand up and flag the waitress down. She did not check on us. It took her 30min to ask us for our order. When the food arrived it was cold. My friend's milkshake was not mixed well. I am disappointed.

Horrible experience. The employees were arguing with each other in front of all the customers, our waitress was no where to be found when we needed her, and they kept messing up people's orders.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE FOOD..WRONG ORDERS AND VERY RUDE FROM SERVER TO MANAGER! DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED!
