order not correct after several repeated attempts

Waited in line at drive thru so long I was late getting back for lunch and the drive thru person didn't greet me or apologize for having me in the drive thru for 20 min

Employees were not polite I felt like they didn't want me there and it 12 minutes just to get to the window with one in front of me
