The food was delicious. Happy hour is always a plus. Service could have been a little faster for the amount of people that were in the restaurant but the greeter and waitress were both really nice.

The runner spilled food on my friend, which was very upsetting. She decided not to eat at all. Our server was great though. The manager ended up comping our entire meal.

OMG! My fries were crazy. Some not cooked over cooked and tasted old and refried. Then the second batch was no better hard as bricks. The manager personally fried them and then they were Tobin Quality. I don't want bottomless trashy limp fries. Com on for real.

Server was not attentive to our requests. Fries came out very stale. Jalapeño was half fried. Overall quality was sub par, in comparison to performance of other red Robin stores around the states. In fact, this was one of the worst.

Good food, slow service, hardly seen waitress after food was given.
