No matter where we travel, Steak 'n Shake is great for their 24 hour locations, but are the slowest burger place in the country. They have developed the nickname Steak 'n Wait among my peers. Surely something can be done to fix this. Individual tickets would be nice as well, instead of everyone's on one with a seat number. 9 out of 10 times it will be wrong items on the wrong seat number and causes more confusion. Great food and great price but many fixable flaws.
