I only go to Streak and Shake at Happy Hour to get a caffeine free diet coke for half price. The service at every Steak and Shake is extremely slow.

It took a very long time to go through drive through and when I finally got up there the guy made me wait about 3 or more min just to get a drink. It was sitting at the window also.

Took almost an hour to get a shake! That was ridiculous. All our food was finished before the shake got to us.

Service was very slow. ...it took close to 30 minutes to get a shake.
