food sat in the window for 10 minutes before being delivered to the table. forgot condiments the we paid for. very dissatisfied

Burgers are now super thin (McD's anyone?) fries were cold.... Felt rushed out the door....not at all like previous visits....

Awful. No service for 15 minutes until we had to asks manager who saw us sitting there waiting the whole time. He then said he would be our server because his "servers can't do there job or just don't want to" and then he seemed very put off by having to actually do something as well. Terrible experience.
