came in with my marine for Verterans day :) nice store! very busy atmosphere, I ordered no pineapples on my teriyaki chicken sandwich and unfortunately, it came with them. oh well, fries were delicious!

We used to go to red robin all the time. But this experience and our last few haven't been amazing so we decided that this red robin trip would probably be our last.

The lighting was very poor. We could hardly see the menus. Both of my grandchildren ordered macaroni and cheese which came out very cold and had to be sent back. We have a royalty card and it was VERY confusing.....we were due a free burger and it should have come off our bill but the process wasn't an easy one. It was very hard to decipher if the burger was taken off the bill or not. We prefer the location in Apex NC because we seem to always have some sort of problem at the Cary NC location.
