Good service great atmosphere

Friendly staff and great food

Had to Ask for a lemon to put in water twice. Second batch of fries took forever.

Excellent service and great customer service. The food is excellent and I great prices

My daughter was starving but they could bring out the fries early like usual which was disappointing. That's why we come to red robins. She also ordered the chicken on a stick for the sticks but they didn't have any so she didn't eat her meal at all. I ordered a Caesar wrap which was good. Not enough dressing though. The sweet potato fries took forever to come out.

The food is good. I like the menu. Had good experiences in the past. But the service was slow. I don't believe it was the servers fault. It was understaffed and we barely seen our server. It took close to 20 min from the time we finished our food to the time our server asked if we were done and want to pay our tab. Then another 5 min. I still gave server a 15% tip, but I usually tip closer to 20%. I blame management, not the wait staff.
