I was a little disappointed with the food, it wasn't up to par compared to when I normally eat here.

Food very good, getting food at first very quick, however getting more drinks, fries, and sauce painfully slow. We had to ask 3 times. My 95 year old grandma could have crawled to the kitchen and back and still beaten the servers first attempt. Almost got feeling they wanted you to give up and just leave. It was embarrassingly cheap and slow. If you don't want to give refills then don't advertise that you do.
