Red Robin

They're quality has seemed to go down. The desert I ordered wasn't what I thought I ordered. It was good but very rich and just all ice cream. I thought it was ice cream cake. They're food is good but they're service is slow. It took five of us 1.5 hours to eat and get out of there and it wasn't busy.

This was a new burger I was trying, ordered it just the way it was in the picture. It didn't come that way. For 11.00 this thing should be huge! Very little lettuce on it, just a waist. Won't be back!

Ordered down burgers and fries and chili cheese fries and had a piece of plastic in my chili cheese fries. The plastic was about an inch by half an inch.

Went to Red Robin to celebrate my sons birthday...we were seated pretty quickly because we called ahead. The server was friendly but slow w/ refilling drinks and bringing silverware. The food was subpar...they no longer use fresh garlic on their fries and the servings are smaller. I doubt I'll revisit this location anytime soon.

Meal was on the house poor customer service

my burger was still raw and my waiter didn't even offer to fix it.

I was sick for two days after eating my burger.
