Steak 'n Shake

Okay, slow and when I got to window didn't know my order

initially went inside to eat. Was rudely taken to a table. We sat for about 6 minutes with no interaction so we left the restaurant and went through the drive thru. It took over 15 minutes at the drive thru. staff was overwhelmed. the food tasted pretty good but service was awful.

Slow service. Unfriendly worker. Shake was terrible and food cold.

This particular is sooo slow every time we go. Our drinks and food all came out at different times. Things were forgotten and had to give several reminders. Just very annoying that it's always this way and doesn't get better. I will not go back; which is unfortunate bc the food is generally good and prices are good, but service stinks.

Every time we go in that store service is terrible. Up north way better!

I was highly dissatisfied

This was an awful dining experience. The food was not warm- my cheese was not melted on my grilled melt. The waitress was rude, inconsiderate and incompetent. All of the wait staff was just hanging around doing nothing, not waiting on the customers. They were not even very busy and there was not a lack of employees. This is sad because I love steak and shake, and this location is so close to us. Awful experience and we had brought people with us that had not been there before and will likely never return.
