Reds is becoming more and more sterile and impersonal. ..I much prefer them before they started changing up everthing...Like burgers on a plate...it just makes them cold faster and fries in a cup...really... how do you say they dry out and get cold fast

Food was good. Service was great. There was a disgusting bug inside an ice cube in our water. Glasses were dirty.

nice place, only down side to this particular visit is that they were slow and I wanted ranch but they didn't get it to me until the the third time I asked

Best restaurant in its class. And by class I mean any commercial restaurant. I a foodie and I don't like the chains much, but RR is consistent and good. I don't mind it.

The service was fast. The girl never asked us if we needed more fries. She was very friendly though. I think the prices are too high.

My royalty card no longer works. I'm disappointed but will still continue to be a customer.
