Waitress was nice. But took a really long time to bring drinks to the table. And a long time to get refills.

Our server Dallas acted like he was high. He was hyper running and there was no one in there hardly. He was crazy.

Worst visit to red robin. We waited on our food for over an hour. We told the manager. She didn't do anything about it or apologized. Very annoyed with the service we received.

We went to red robin to celebrate a special day for us, and had the worst experience. Food took forever, then when it did arrive, the order was incorrect. Replacement food was 'put in' but 20 minutes later, just had it taken off and left without eating.
