my experience at steak and shake went really well! my food cam super fast and it tasted delicious! our waitress was very friendly too!

I used the drive through. The car in front of me waited at the window for at least ten minutes before getting their food but when it was my turn they had me pull up to the door. Why didn't they make the first car pull up to the door? There were several people in line.
