Steak 'n Shake

The new fall shakes are delicious.

I ordered 2 shakes and a burger and a dessert. I got three shakes no dessert. I told the guy and they comped the dessert. I got home and my burger was made wrong. I hate lettuce and there was lettuce on my burger after I was asked what I wanted on it I asked for onions no onions I said no lettuce I got lettuce. It also took like 15 minutes, probably more to get the initial wrong order. It was 3am they were not busy.

The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was cold and dirty. Every time that I frequent this restaurant the condition of the floor cleanliness and outside conditions are horrendous. The dumpster area was open and I do not believe I have seen one in worse condition. When I asked about the restaurant temperature the server joked about not wanting them to be sweating into our food when working.

There were no biscuits ready so they subed bacon and it was way over baconed and was too salty
