Good good and usually great service but this time the service stunk

There was a hair in my food. Manager comped the meal & gave us dessert. But it was still gross.

Horrible experience. Waited forever for our food and when it arrived the fries on all three of our entrees were cold. Asked for new fries and explained why. She (Dakota) didn't really seem to care. Brought fresh fries but it took 10 minutes. Manager sat at bar and wandered around. Never saw him touch a table. Asked to speak to him on the way out. He was rude and condescending. Never coming back.
