Steak 'n Shake

Terribke service and our waiter only spoke to us once and that was when he was taking our order. I had to get up to ask for napkins.

Ordered a number 4 with pickle, onion and relish in drive thru. Got home and got a cheeseburger plain

The quality of this restaurant has been on a steady decline recently. The service is horrible and the staff is not dependable. Will avoid going forward.

The chicken tenders were about half the size they used to be. The service was incredibly slow and disorganized. It took 40 mins for my side salad to come out.
