Steak 'n Shake

Quick transaction to get fries for my son. They were hot and had just the right amount of salt. Will return.

Wanted a milkshake!!!

The kids love the shakes and I love the BOGOs.

Our French fries were clumped together and I ordered Coke Zero and got root beer which I can't stand.

My burger was cold. It didn't seem made-to-order to me. Tasted good, but disappointed in the temperature.

Every Steak 'n Shake is very consistent. I almost always get the same items and at any location they taste great! I changed my order this time and it was still good but I'll continue with my regular order from now on. People were friendly and polite!

This steak and shake always seems to be understaffed.

Late night trip. Service was quick using the drive thru. Order was correct.
