Awful experience. Bad customer service and the Rewards program was down and the gift certificates couldn't be used. Awful time. Never going back to that RR.

Burger ordered was called New South I think. It had a great description and the picture looked great. It was a $14 burger. When it arrives it had mayo on it despite my being very clear that it should not. The waitress was very kind and took it back to get me another done correctly. The others in my party had completely finished eating when my replacement arrived. This one did not have mayo but had bar be que sauce all over the top bun. I accepted it despite the appearance and having to eat while holding a sticky wet bun. Also the burger looked NOTHING like the picture. There were two the strips of bacon vs fat pieces carmelized. The onions were just saluted vs crispy. Overall a big disappointment and NOT with 14 for a burger. not going back.

We had a 20 minute wait, which we expected even though other parties of four whom came in after us were sat first. It took 20 minutes for our waitress to realize she had a new table. Our drinks took forever. When they did come, one of the children's glasses had a crack, and was leaking lemonade over the table. She quickly took the cup away, but never brought a replacement until we asked for one. Very strange. When we ordered, I asked if the fries had dairy, egg or soy, as our youngest has these allergies. She looked at me and said the Mac and cheese doesn't have dairy it's just cheese. That was how our night started and it didn't get better for the remainder of the evening. The quality of service has gone drastically in the nearly 8 years we have frequented this restaurant. I wouldn't be surprised if it was one of my last visits here.
