Really nice place. Overall really good.

Took forever to get seated. There was a hair in my shake and my friends. And we waited almost 10 minutes by the register to pay.

I sat at the door while multiple staff looked at me, after 7 minutes we turned and walked out. This isn't the first time this has happened. I love steak and shake food, but I'm always disappointed every single time with the service.
