Steak 'n Shake

I like Steak and Shake but management needs to address the bathrooms. Disgusting. Also, temperature of the dining area was freezing . Most patrons I noticed kept their coats on.

Please make sure you are giving the correct order to the correct people. I had gotten the entire wrong bag in the drive thru and had to go inside to get the correct one

The food was good, however, the speed of service was very slow. We waited 20 minutes for our food!

Great Nutella milkshake

It's was ok. Lots of choices and the prices were pretty good. The fries were awful though! Very skinny and some were burned and fries are cheap but these portions were small!!

Good food

took more than 5 minutes for 2 milkshakes!

Burger was good. Fries were horrible as they were not fresh especially waiting 10 minutes for my order

Slow service

I waited in drive thru for twenty minutes. Finally received my order to drive off and find out it was wrong. The person in the drive thru didn't even thank me for the business and he was the manager. After all that my food was cold !
