There was still garbage in the theatre when I sat down. The seats were really comfortable

Cheaper than Regal, but staff is never smiling. nachos drenched in cheese, coffee never filled to the top, lines always long and seat still had popcorn on it.

The hot dog I had seemed like it had been cooked hours before, and the concessions section was extremely messy. I would have gladly swept up or wiped down something myself it was so bad. Was surprised there wasn't someone keeping up with it. I understand people can be messy and there isn't a lot of room to clean, but maybe just have someone go through it like a customer every half hour or hour to keep up and get the trouble spots. They don't even need a big broom or mop, just a small garbage bucket and broom and dry/wet towel.

There needs to be more quality staffing at the specialty (coffee, etc.) concessions. Half of the time they are rude and don't know what they are doing. Ordered a 20 oz latte and got a 12 oz latte with foam to fill up a 16 oz latte and still had enough room for cream. Very disappointed.

food is too expensive

Your matinée price is very high. It's 6 dollars else where. Staff wasn't very friendly even though my boyfriend was trying to be. You food is too pricy
