Steak 'n Shake

First of all they misplaced my order I had to repeat it 3 times and it was only a Frisco melt and a shake and I waited 5 minutes. This cut my break super short.

never have a good experience when I go here but kids like it so I always give it another shot I don't know why staff was just not very friendly had two kids with and didn't get any kid menus they got regular menus than while sitting and eating you hear the conversation of all the employees in the back and we were a row or two away from them. I don't think they have a good selection of breakfast food especially for the kids.

Slow service

The food was horrible

The service was awful! We waited at least a half hour for our food and when the order was wrong we waited about as long for it to be fixed. It took 10 minutes to get a side of mayo and just as long if not longer to get refills. I will probably never go to this establishment again because the service was awful and no one was friendly.
