The staff was not friendly at all

After dining in. My bf and I decided to order for take out. The cashier was rude and seems impatient since we kept changing the order. She was showing rudeness. We didn't appreciate that. That made our experience bad.

They have awesome shakes !!! Their food is good at a good price too. But that turtle caramel nut had me going!!

It was very slow and full. Took forever to get out food.

It took them 15 min to just acknowledge that we were there!!! I was getting ready to walk out

This steak and shake took long to take my order but once we got the waitress attention she took our order and brought it back fast and she gave us good service

Waitress was visibly nervous. She served me chili that was half eaten. Not a great experience.

The server was very slow..she spilled some of our drinks on our table and didn't clean it or gave us napkins to clean.. Our food took forever to arrive. People that got seated after us got their food and left before we even got our food. When our food arrived the server threw the plates at us.. I was thinking of never going back but we spoke to the manager and he was really nice
