Steak 'n Shake

Quick, satisfying meal. Clean restaurant, very nice waitress. While trying to pay for our check, however, I was completely ignored after finally reaching the counter after waiting in line. The cashier looked at me and then diverted her attention to a group that had walked in afterwards as a seemingly intentional act to make me wait. I'm not sure if it had to do with me being caucasion. Otherwise, good meal.

Much better than my previous experiences. We wanted something quick and easy and this time it hit the spot. Everyone got a good meal and left full and happy. Everything came out quick and hot. The server was excellent. Great service and good food.

Slow service. Bathrooms were messy

Lady wasn't friendly. Gave me one price, then changed it when I got to the window. Took too long.

Terrible. We went in and waited 5 min before our waitress even took our drink order. When she did take the order we waited another 15 min just to get the drink. Followed by another 5 min before she took out order. When we did get the order it was about 30 min waited on food that tastes like it was from a fast food place. All this waiting for not great food is ridiculous. Then we found that they were charging my 5 year old the adult price of a kids meal. Had to get the check corrected before paying which was another waiting game. If my kids hadn't been hungry and wanting to eat I would have left a long time ago. Other people did get up and leave and the manager on duty didn't even seem to care. They were not busy and should have had much better service. Won't return.

The waitress was nice to start with but was rude after that milkshake had powdery taste reordered and it was powdery also taco salad had little meat and dressing added extra food to the ticket that was taken off at the register took over an hour to get food waitress said drive through gets priority

i HATE the waitress calling me "baby" or "darling"!!! i asked for a napkin and waited so long i got up to get one myself! and I'm physically handicapped!! when asked what i was doing i said"getting a napkin which you couldn't do!!" AWFUL WAITRESS!!!
