Steak 'n Shake

This is one of the nastiest S&S I have been to it was dirty ,service was just ok, the fries were just warm I ask to have hot fries ! Will I be going back to that S&S NO Way

Cold fries & slow service

Not the best food I have had

The wait time was ridiculous and the car in front of me had issues with getting their order correct when they didn't even order much. Also it was after midnight and they were not serving breakfast even though the sign says they start at midnight. I would have spent more if I could have ordered breakfast.

Kids were supposed to eat free, but I guess this location did away with that promotion.

The place was way too packed. Couldn't get in.

Steak 'n Shake has good food and horrible service. Several people were standing in line to be seated, but no one was seating customers. People were waiting to pay. We stood for several minutes and then left.

The service was very bad only saw are waitstaff 3 times they brought the wrong sandwich and instead of making a new one they just scraped off the stuff that was wrong

The worst experience with Steak 'n Shake I've ever had. Order took 30 min, people behind us in the drive thru drove off because they were inpatient with the terrible service. We got 2 wrong items and then when trying to fix the wrong sandwich gave us bacon in a bowl. First given a regular peppermint shake- Then gave me me a regular mint chocolate shake, when asked for a small mint chocolate shake with M&M's. I'm lactose intolerant so I only like to have a small size because regulars make me sick. I was irritated, so then they say they just had a bunch of people quit and they're all new. What kind of staff fires that many people and hires all new employees? She was just giving us excuses. It's just the worst experience I've ever had at Steak 'n Shake.
