The guy was slow and got our oder wrong and tried to cheat us out of $10.00 in change from a $50.00.

It was packed and we really wanted a booth, but there wasn't one available. Besides that, the service was good for having such a full house. Food was good too

I was very disappointed in our experience at Steak and Shake. The service was very, very slow and the food was not good at all!!
