Took too much time for just 3 small shakes. My malt did not taste good at all. One of the shakes was given to us extremely messy because it was too full.

Our waitress was new, but the entire restaurant seemed to be moving in slow motion. Everything took forever to get to the tables!

Wanted a diet coke. Realized after I left the drive thru that it wasn't a diet coke ?? I was too tired to turn around to get it switched.

the a floors, booths, and walls were dirty and stained. It appeared that the staff had not heard of soap and water with some bleach since the place opened. It was so dirty I feared what the kitchen area must look like. The board of health needs to close.

The service was TERRIBLE!!! Our waitress took forever to bring our food (nearly an hour from when we placed our order), and when she finally did, mine was cold. She then never visited our table again to see how we were doing. Horrible experience, that made our entire group want to never visit steak and shake again.
