Service was sub-par (didn't receive refill on drinks or fries, not once!), food wasn't as hot as it should have been, and it took 45 minutes to get our food.

We go to RR quite often, but our service was not good tonight. Server was slow and didn't check on us often enough. Plus, we requested a certain game on the tv nearest to use and for most of our meal it was on the menu screen. The game didn't get turned on until we requested it a second time.

Slow service. Charged incorrectly, had to wait 30 minutes just to get it corrected
