Good place for farewell lunch with coworker

This location needs to work on cleanliness. The recent remodel doesn't look all that good when the booths need to be wiped down, floors need to be swept after a big party leaves... Even a placard on the table about happy hour was coated in grime. The food was delicious but I nearly lost my appetite with the unclean atmosphere.

My waiter was so funny and friendly. Tryed something different, wasn't bad.
