Steak 'n Shake

We sat at a booth and a waitress took our order. We had tried Steak 'n Shake 15 years ago and was disappointed when our waitress took our order and NEVER came back. We were so disappointed we actually boycotted the place and never went back, till yesterday. The waitress took our order and unfortunately it still took some time to bring us our drinks (water) and our order took some time but all together the experience was much better then when we chose to boycott the place.

Took a bit to get a table cleared for us but after that it was fine.

Good shakes. But pricey.

Good food but this visit service was slow though there were not many people inside. Didn't get shakes before food like usual. Got it with food which took a long while

Freezing in there makes me never want to go there again
