Steak 'n Shake

Was over charged but food was good.

Asked for a Minute to decide, ended up waiting 10 for service. Menu items were delivered wrong.

They were short of help causing a very long delay. Took over an hour to get food. The server was very apologetic. Did not blame her or even the cook but it was just not a good experience. Our server was trying to keep everything under control, when actually the manager should have been handling it.

The amount of grease and soggy butter is nasty. The last 5 to 6 times I have eaten here the buns are so wet and smushy I saw I won't be back. I keep hoping it will be yummy again like it used to be. On this visit I also was highly disappointed that our waitress me aw came back. I told her we planned to order shakes to go when we finished eating....she never came back.

Awful service!

Great hours but slow service

This was an awful experience. Coffee was cold, order was wrong on multiple levels. Service was slow. The restaurant was dirty.

The food was nasty. The fries tastes like old oil or they had been fried twice . The worst I have ever had! My mushroom burger was also gross. The bun was way to. Buttery and the whole thing was a great ball when I unwrapped it at home
