Steak 'n Shake

It was absolutely horrible. I went through the drive thru and it was nearly 5 minutes before they took my order. When they finally did they speaker kept cutting in and out. An when I finished ordering it was another 3 minutes before they told me my total. When I got to the window it was another 5 minutes before I could even pay for my food. When I got home with it there was a short black hair in my salad. Not on top of it. Buried inside of it under the meat. So when I took the salad back for a new one they purposely put something in it to make the salad super spicy. I've gotten this salad multiples times before from this particular location and others. Never has it been spicy at all. Not to mention when they gave me the salad the first time it was the same size salad they would have gave me if I was dining in. But when they gave me a new salad it was half the size of the salad they gave me in the first place. It was not worth what I paid at all. Nor was the shake they gave me which wasn't even filled up all the way. I will not be coming back there at all. I traveled 20 minutes to their location from my house because I can normally get great service because the one closer to me is absolutely horrible. It took over 2 hours just to get two shakes from it. I'm not going to any Steak 'n Shake ever again.

It was awful. The service was slow. Food wasn't good. There was a ton of people just standing around doing nothing.
