Steak 'n Shake

I was very disappointed with my first trip to steak and shake and I don't know if I will go back.

Worst group of servers I've seen. Our server forgot to put some food of ours in. Fries were cold. Other servers were loud and cussing and hanging out with other friends that came in to hang out at counter. Manager had no control over staff but was very friendly to us.

Horrible service

It took way to long and they didn't have what i wanted it sucked

Need more help at lunch time

Ten mins to get a refill f word out of the kitchen will not go back

Was there for 20 minutes and never acknowledged. So I left. Worst staff ever!

Horrible customer service!!! The manager was goofing off with his employees right in front of the drive thru window & that's why service was so slow...they were all too involved with talking to each other & looking at each other's phones ??
