Steak 'n Shake

Slow service. Disappointed.

Waitress did not keep beverages refilled.

I was disappointed with the server. The floors in the restaurant was slippery as if the floor was wet but the floor was dry. The ladies room was horrible.

This steak and shake is always so slow and they mess up my girlfriend's order every time we come here!! I love steak and shake but this location is horrible!

I took my kids there after their dance. We waited over an hour for our food. The waitress was very apologetic but the wait was terrible.
