I waited forever at the drive thru and my food was cold and soggy. It almost made me sick. I usually love Steak 'n Shake but this location was horrible and I will never go back.

That was the most unorganized horrible serviced restaurant I have ever been to. They were short a server, but it was still a mess. Food sat under the light over 15 minutes. The manager should have insisted on getting the food to the tables. He was cooking. He had to be inexperienced. We left after 30 minutes of no service. Spoke with manager - he apologized - we didn't have to pay for our coffee. Ran out of creamer- I don't believe I have ever left a restaurant due to service.

This place was absolutely HORRIBLE. The server was totally incapable, the manager did nothing to solve any problems that existed. We ordered our food and after 20 minutes, the server brought us someone else's food. Then after another 20 minutes we got up and left. It was absolutely ridiculous show bad the service was at this location. They weren't busy whatsoever. Just totally unorganized.
