Steak 'n Shake

It was yummy

The food took too long to receive, the fries were cold and the shake was melted

It was good food. It took 20 minutes to seat is even though there was an empty table, it just wasn't bussed. The floor was really dirty and there was no paper towel in the bathroom. The good was good though and the hours are very convenient.

Wasn't friendly, acted like she wanted to leave, gave us our recipe before we got our food and didn't ask if we wanted anything else

Terrible food and non-welcoming service

It took about 10 minutes for someone to come seat us, another 10 to greet us, 50 minutes after we ordered, someone else ran our food and dropped the bill. No one ever checked on us again. The food was NOT us to par. We left without tipping, which we NEVER do. It was honestly that bad.

First off we couldn't hear the lady in the drive through. She got our order wrong, we went in and had it fixed my grilled cheese with pickles wasn't even melted and my husbands veggie melt wasn't melted. Then I go to eat my fixed grilled cheese and there's no pickles, we just gave up and left.
