Steak 'n Shake

Closed for 1 hour for cleaning- weird timing around 10:30 at night

Very very very slow service!! Waited 45 mins for our food

andwe have been going to steak n shake for a long time. we have kids and we like the free kids meal with the purchase of an adult meal deal. today we ordered 2 adult and 2 kids meals as always. when I got my bill they only credited 1 free meal. when I went to pay I asked and I was told you get a free kids meal with every $8 you spend towards an adult. um no we always order off the $4 menu and that has never been the case. I asked to speak with the manager who basically told us we are wrong that its been that way for a long time. ridiculous!!

Very slow service, my food was made wrong and the Waitress actually picked my burger up off my plate and forgot to reorder my food. It took and extra half hour to get my sandwich.
