I felt like some of the staff weren't very knowledgable today. But we were able to order quickly and got our food quickly. There was one issue with the wrong thing being served to me but our waitress caught it right away and fixed it.

Poor customer service, Shake was spilled all over cup and sticky. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Not only did it take over 20 minutes for 2 reg and 2 kid sized shakes but we spent over 10 of those minutes waiting at the window for them and they screwed up the order and fad to remake one after my daughter said it was nasty.
