Ordered shakes to go and took 20 min to get them .

Think they were short staffed . Not their fault but a bunch of rowdy teenagers. Way tooooo loud

Poor customer service, Shake was spilled all over cup and sticky. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Not only did it take over 20 minutes for 2 reg and 2 kid sized shakes but we spent over 10 of those minutes waiting at the window for them and they screwed up the order and fad to remake one after my daughter said it was nasty.
