Drive thru a little slow

We got home and nothing in our order was even right other than 1 of the drinks.

Took a long time to be acknowledged and get seated. Service was slow. Food was not hot when received. Mediocre all the way.

I was the only person in the drive thru line and I say there for a good 10 mins. Wasn't very happy but my food was hot I guess.

Ordered 2 milkshakes with 2 cars ahead of me, 15 mins waitung, I get my shakes and they were meltung, with lots of milk standing on top. Yuck!!!!

Our service was okay, but not great. Was no impressed with our dine in experience initially, then we found a hair on my husbands plate half way through his meal. They offered to take it off our bill but he left hungry. We have to ask for refills when we we finished with out drinks. Over all just was not a great experience. We will give steak and shake another try, but not anytime soon.

They were busy, but I asked for a double with only mustard and diet coke with cherry and got a double with cheese and a coke.

The service was horrible and slow... No employees would make eye contact... Our order took way too long... And it was so long we had to ask for it to go...
