Steak 'n Shake

We went to steak and shake because it was 11 o'clock at night and we were traveling from the airport. The food was fine but it took a while to get our order and the staff was not friendly.

Sever was cute

Our order took very long! and they "were out" of everything we wanted it seemed like. but what we did end up getting, eventually, tasted very good.

They messed up our order and the spoon they handed me was dirty

This is usually a restaurant we visit about once a week. The service is always quick staff is friendly and food fresh and good value. Today was very disappointing. It took 25 minutes just to get our food. My salad was forgotten about and my spouses food was brought to the table 5 minutes before mine food was finally brought. Normally we are in and out in less than 30 but it took that long just to get the last item. Very disappointing when the service on all the other occasions was great.

They were having trouble with the drive thru speaker and the server had trouble processing my coupon. But the food was tasty and I will certainly return.

Such a bad attitude from one of the employees in Ormond Beach.

Good food. Friendly staff, but it took forever for any kind of help and our food came out slowly.
