Very long wait, and food quality was not what it normally is

I was told it would take 5-10 minutes to make a breakfast burrito at the drive thru!!!! Peek time for breakfast I might add!!! Coffee sucked.

this was not a good experience. an employee was yelling at a customer, we got the wrong order and the waitress made it sound like it was our fault. it took a long time to get the shakes. not satisfied with this certain restaurant

The hostess asked us to leave because our group would take up two tables, even though they had the room for us.

Horrible service, fries were cold and stale like they had been sitting, bathrooms were extremely dirty, waitress kept forgetting items.

I waited for 15 minutes after I was seated & no one came to get even our drink order, I had to tell another staff & then 5 minutes later someone came. I didn't have time to even get food because of the wait.
