Steak 'n Shake

I ordered food and a salted caramel shake. The food was ready about 3-4 minutes before the shake, so my food was getting cold, etc while I waited for the shake. The quality of everything was great, but could have been better

The waitress was good, but it took forever for somebody to attend the register so I could pay.

Very slow.

The lady came to us twice gave us the bill before we even got our food And t was VERY slow they were super rude and it was not a good time and there were only a few people in the building

Service was slow and facility was not the cleanest.

Took 30 min to get our door for 5 people. There was only 1 other table in there at the time. Never got offered refills until we were ready to leave
