Popcorn was ok. The food price is getting ridiculous. I am appreciating those theatres that offer specials for food/movie prices. Employees were acting like they didn't care about being there

Staff was very rude and unfriendly; unfortunately staff/employees are school-aged kids and they do not have any customer service skills

I went to the one-night showing of the National Live: Streetcar Named Desire. About 20 minutes before the end, the display showed an error and the film skipped to the very end. The manager was polite and gave us guest passes, but I did not like having to walk all the way to the concessions to notify the staff that there was a problem, and I did not like missing a very important part of what was turning out to be a great theatrical experience. I would have preferred that they tried to replay the missed sections but that was not offered to us.
