It's falling apart took three try's to find a seat that was t broken. The carpet was sticky and needs to be cleaned, and the floor maybe mopped.

BATHROOMS WERE FILTHY' Seriously I've seen cleaner restrooms in gas stations! Went before movie - filthy! After movie -filthy! 2 hours later! Disgusting enough to make me go to another theater next time!

This was the only theater showing the 2 movies we divided into. It was ok. I liked the juice option for the kids meals. Experience was better than in the past. Didn't like that the movie started at 11:15 and we couldn't get in until 11:00. It was really cold and we had to stand in line for concession and stop at the bathroom.

This is my least favorite theater in Lubbock. The customer service has improved since the last time I visited almost a year ago. I think the other 2 theaters opening have improved the experience at this theater. It was clean.

Food sucked. Dirty everywhere. Didn't have the movie I was wanting even though it just came out last weekend.
