On this visit the park was overcrowded and they had to get everyone out of the wave pool every 30 min for a safety check. I don't remember having that happen before and figured there were just too many people in the park. I waited in line for 1:20 to get our pass renewed then had to spend $65 to get replacement cards. By the way Disney does not charge for a replacement season pass card. Not happy with the lines or the service

Need more shade for people waiting for rides. Parking is extremely overpriced. I grabbed a water out of one of the fridges and it was not cold at all.

Can be dangerous if you have no money. The only drink you can get for free is a very tiny cup of water that doesn't even taste like water.. My sister passed out while we were there even though we tried to drink as much "water" as we could

Fun rides. The park was cleaner than in the past. However, it was obvious they only cater to the Flash Pass customers. The other well intentioned paying customers are thrown to the curb. When the park subjects you to a 2.5 hour wait because every other car out of the gate is only for Flash Pass customers it makes one wonder why they came. I have a gold season pass I received as a gift. If it hadn't been a gift I would be requesting a refund. They should remember they need their regular customers to be happy too!
