Service was great...this is my cash America and I love it

I'am regular customer of cash america and will not go any where else the staff is friendly they work with me and i like the service I've been a long time customer at cash america fatefully i will tell my friends and family about cash america thank you!

The manager is not very polite on answering questions always tell the assistant to take over that's rude. I wish the people that were here before had stayed. I won't be coming back to this one... ill take my services to Tidwell n Jensen .... Rosa wsa the nice one at this one. But she's gone too

The manager I feel I can't trust. I feel very comfortable talking to rosa she's been here so many years .. she is very nice and always ready to help us customer out. I always saw her as the manager at this store. This manager is not pleasant to talk too.n never wanting to help . I send people to this store ..i tell them to look for rosa . Jose was a good manager n don't why he had to leave this store!

i been a customer for the past 9 years when the other manager was there rogelio i really like the way he work and know that the new manager is there Fabiola and the othere co worker waleska i think there are not the right position to be a manager because i ask for help and then they just walk over me and dint ask for help or something i am really upset with this new team yahh have i never felt so upset when i used to come there always happyness now its just nothing i wish that next time i come there would be a new manager n a better co worker not that two girl fabiola n waleska yahh should interview them good before yahh a make a good hired...I wish they both get fired..
