Staff was not very friendly throughout the stay. At the end of my stay, the parking lot was blocked off and I could not get my car out, although it was not posted that I was in a restricted area (parking lot on conference center side). The man who placed the blocks left as soon as he placed the block even though he saw me pulling up to leave. it took 10 minutes for someone to remove it after I called.

This hotel is a dump. I'm only here because of a conference. I can't step on the floor without shoes. I had to move rooms because the paint or plaster on the ceiling over the tub started falling down as I showered. The other room they moved me to had chips on the floor that weren't cleaned up after the previous occupant. I can't wait to get out of this hellhole.

Upon checking into our room. There was a pile of dirty linens from the previous guest just laying near the threshold of the door. Had to kick that pile to the side to enter. Day of check out. 3 times were we disturbed by room service asking to clean the room. This satiated at 8:30 and happen every 30mins. Check out isn't till noon. Overall a bad experience
